Guest Blogging Terms & Conditions

These Guest Blogging Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern any article, image, or other content ("Contribution") submitted for publication on the Austin Sign Masters blog (blog.austinsignmasters.com), a service of Mindshare Consulting Inc. ("Austin Sign Masters," "we," "us," or "our"). By submitting a Contribution, you ("Contributor," "you") agree to these Terms in full. 1. Eligibility & Submission

• Contributions are submitted at your own initiative and reviewed at our sole discretion. Submitting a Contribution does not guarantee publication.
• You must be the original author of the Contribution, or have full legal authority to submit it and grant the rights described below.
• We do not accept Contributions that are plagiarized, AI-generated without meaningful human editing and fact-checking, previously published elsewhere, or submitted simultaneously to other publications ("no duplicate/syndicated submissions").

2. No Compensation

Guest contributions are unpaid. We do not pay fees, commissions, or provide any other compensation for Contributions, and none should be expected. The value to you is the byline, author bio, and any editorially-approved links back to your own site.

3. Content Ownership & License Granted to Us

• You retain copyright ownership of your Contribution.
• By submitting, you grant Austin Sign Masters a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, transferable, sublicensable license to publish, reproduce, edit, adapt, translate, distribute, and promote the Contribution (and any images you supply) on our blog and across our marketing channels (social media, email, syndication partners).
• We may keep a published Contribution live indefinitely, or remove or unpublish it at any time at our sole discretion, including after publication.

4. Editorial Control

• We reserve the right to edit, shorten, restructure, retitle, or decline any Contribution for style, accuracy, SEO, legal, or quality reasons, with or without notifying you first.
• We are not obligated to publish a Contribution within any particular timeframe, or at all, even after initial acceptance.

5. Links & Self-Promotion

• A short author bio with one link back to your own site or social profile is generally permitted at our discretion, and is published as a nofollow/sponsored link per Google's guidelines on paid and contributor content.
• In-body links must be genuinely relevant to the surrounding content. We do not accept Contributions submitted primarily to place promotional, paid, or unrelated-niche links ("link-building submissions"), and we remove such links at our discretion without notice.
• We do not accept payment, product, or any other consideration in exchange for placing or keeping a link.

6. Prohibited Content

We will not publish, and may remove without notice, Contributions that contain: defamatory, false, or misleading claims; hate speech or harassment; adult content; content promoting illegal activity; malware or deceptive links; undisclosed advertising; or content that infringes any third party's copyright, trademark, or other rights.

7. Your Warranties

You represent and warrant that your Contribution is original (or properly licensed), does not infringe any third party's intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights, and does not violate any law. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Austin Sign Masters and Mindshare Consulting Inc. from any claim, damage, or cost (including attorney's fees) arising from your Contribution or your breach of these Terms.

8. Disclaimer

Contributions reflect the views of their authors, not necessarily those of Austin Sign Masters. We make no warranty as to the accuracy or completeness of guest content and are not liable for any reliance placed on it.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time; the version posted here applies to Contributions submitted after the update. Continuing to submit Contributions after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.
